The complex consists of an existing and a planned part. Nine multi-apartment buildings have been built in the existing part. The planned part consists of four multi-apartment buildings and two public buildings.
In the existing fabric of the place, unifying factors were sought. The connecting link is the public area, which is woven into the surrounding development and connected to the pedestrian flows of the city and the forest zone.
